Silverdale Primary

George Stone were awarded two separate contracts at Silverdale School. The first involved constructing an extension to the front of the school, along with associated landscaping works. Later, we completed a single‑storey extension to create a new library facility. Both projects required extensive communication and coordination to ensure the works were carried out safely and efficiently during term time.

Stone Cross

This contract included construction of a hexagonal extension on the south side of the school, designed by John D. Clarke & Partners of Eastbourne. The project was completed over a seven‑month period while the school remained fully operational. The result is a bright, contemporary space which serves as a dedicated IT suite.

St Thomas a Becket Catholic Junior School

This project involved constructing a single‑storey extension linking the Junior School and Infant School. The new building accommodates a staff room with kitchen facilities, an administration office, a headteacher’s office, a store room and toilet provision. The works were completed over approximately seven months.
